1. قبول الشروط
باستخدامك للتطبيق، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت وفهمت ووافقت على هذه الشروط والأحكام، وعلى سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا. إذا لم توافق على هذه الشروط، يرجى التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق فورًا.
2. الخدمة المقدمة
- يوفر التطبيق خدمة عرض أسعار العملات الورقية والرقمية وتحويل العملات وفق أسعار السوق من خلال مصادر بيانات موثوقة (APIs).
- يتم تحديث الأسعار بشكل دوري، وقد يختلف زمن التحديث تبعًا لمزود البيانات.
- لا يضمن التطبيق دقة الأسعار بنسبة 100%، وقد تكون هناك فروقات طفيفة بين الأسعار الظاهرة وأسعار السوق الفعلية.
3. الاستخدام المسموح
- يحق لك استخدام التطبيق للاستخدام الشخصي وغير التجاري فقط.
- لا يجوز إعادة بيع أو نسخ أو استغلال محتوى التطبيق لأي أغراض تجارية بدون إذن كتابي مسبق من مالك التطبيق.
- يحظر استخدام التطبيق في أي أنشطة غير قانونية أو تتعارض مع الأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية أو أي دولة أخرى.
4. الملكية الفكرية
- جميع الحقوق، بما في ذلك حقوق النشر والعلامات التجارية والتصاميم، مملوكة لـ SwiftRates أو مرخصة لها.
- يمنع استخدام اسم أو شعار التطبيق أو أي من محتوياته لأغراض غير مصرح بها.
5. المسؤولية وحدودها
- لا يتحمل التطبيق أو القائمون عليه أي مسؤولية عن أي خسائر مالية أو قرارات استثمارية تعتمد على بيانات التطبيق.
- المستخدم هو المسؤول الوحيد عن أي قرار مالي أو تجاري يتخذه بناءً على المعلومات المعروضة.
6. التحديثات والتعديلات
- يحتفظ التطبيق بالحق في تعديل أو تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
- يُنصح المستخدم بمراجعة الشروط بشكل دوري لمعرفة أي تغييرات.
7. القانون الواجب التطبيق
- تخضع هذه الشروط وتفسر وفقًا لأنظمة ولوائح المملكة العربية السعودية، ويكون لأي نزاع ناشئ عنها الاختصاص الحصري للمحاكم السعودية.
